St. Michaels Flag Day Event
St. Luke’s will be a featured “Signature Event” in the St. Michaels Flag Day festivities. Stations with supplies to assemble patriotic crafts will be available for both adults and children alike.
Activities are free and donations welcome.
Beautiful handmade crafted items will also be for sale as well as refreshments.

A little bit of country, a little bit of hip-hop, and a little bit of party mix. All are welcome - beginners and experts alike!

Yoga!
Please join us Monday (Kendra Martello), Tuesday, and Thursdays (Denise Nathanson) from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. in Fellowship Hall.
All levels are welcome! Both Kendra and Denise are RYT-200 certified yoga instructors.
These mindful and alignment based classes are suitable for the newbie or seasoned practice ones. Attendees should be comfortable in seated postures on the floor as well as standing poses.
Please bring a mat, 2 blocks, belt and blanket.
Investment is $25 per class including a donation to St Luke’s.
